Road to Marrakesh

The Road to Marrakesh, Morocco – 2018. After spending the morning in Ouarzazate visiting the Taourirt Kasbah left for Marrakesh which is about a 200km (125mi) drive over the Higher Atlas Mountains. The main pass is called Tiz In Tichka pass and the road reaches an elevation of 2,262 metres. There was a mix of very nice new road, an ok (in light traffic) old road interspersed with areas of construction and road repair. An interesting drive.
